1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided by Triangal ("Consultant") for consultancy services. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to this Refund Policy.
2. No Refund Policy
- •All payments made to the Consultant are strictly non-refundable.
- •The Client agrees that once payment is made, it is considered final and binding.
- •No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, business decisions, or dissatisfaction.
3. Advance Payment Acknowledgment
- •The Client acknowledges that 100% of the service fee is collected in advance prior to the commencement of services.
- •This advance payment confirms the Client's commitment to the project.
4. Non-Cancellable Period
- •The engagement is non-cancellable for the first 7 (seven) days from the date of payment and commencement of services.
- •During this period, no refund, dispute, or cancellation request will be entertained.
5. Work-Based Justification
- •The Client understands that consultancy services involve time, strategy, expertise, and resource allocation.
- •Therefore, once work has commenced, the value delivered cannot be reversed or returned.
6. Third-Party Platforms
- •The Consultant shall not be responsible for outcomes related to third-party platforms such as marketplaces, apps, or service providers.
- •No refunds shall be issued based on performance, approvals, or results from such platforms.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
- •Refunds, if any, shall be solely at the discretion of the Consultant and will not be guaranteed.
- •Any such exception must be explicitly approved in writing.
8. Dispute Policy
- •The Client agrees not to initiate any chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals once payment has been made.
- •Any such action will be treated as a breach of agreement and may lead to legal action.
9. Policy Updates
The Consultant reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Patna, Bihar.
